As an Ecommerce Product Owner your main purpose will be to establish the end to end Pay Monthly digital strategy across all PAYM products and propositions in line with the wider UK and Consumer Digital strategy.
In this role you will own the prioritisation and execution across multiple squads of any new propositions across multiple squads and will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of an outstanding digital experience.
You will work on handset, SIMO, mobile broadband and all pay monthly propositions including 5G, unlimited data, roaming and insurance plus many more.
You will deliver strategically focussed enhancements as well as the creation of new functionality for the PAYM roadmap, primarily for e-shop but also to grow sales through other digital channels, whilst championing customer obsession through the oversight of the end to end customer experience.
This role will work in scrum based teams to define and execute the product roadmap by writing user stories, defining project success metrics and KPIs. You will take a lead in working closely with and influencing stakeholders and suppliers to ensure product development needs are met and the execution is carried out on time and to the right standard, championing PAYMs priorities and being the key voice for the team.
Whilst maintaining a clear focus and balanced view on what can be delivered, you will be responsible for owning, leading and driving the relevant experts across the teams.
You will also monitor customer needs, market trends and competitor activity.
