Location:  Flexible between Newbury/ Manchester/ Stoke   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

What will you be doing? 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Specialist to join our innovative Product & Transformation team in UK Business. 
In this role you will be responsible for delivering E2E process analysis, designing & developing customer journeys to ensure Vodafone are delivering a great customer experience. 

 

  • Facilitate process workshops, to identify requirements, build process documentation & support process design with subject matter experts & Product Owners. 
  • Own the overarching design of processes from customer operations across frontline & back office.
  • Working collaboratively, you will seamlessly design and publish simplified working instructions and diagnostics and host on relevant knowledge management tools.
  • Impact assess any process changes, to size, cost and ensure no (or minimal) impact to current customer experience.  
  • Present findings and suggested changes to senior managers and business owners to agree sign-off. 
  • Oversee the post deployment and implementation of processes, to monitor and measure, to ensure quality, efficiency and improvements are delivered, as expected.

 


Who are we looking for?  

  • You will an experienced Process Specialist with the proven ability to map E2E customer journeys & write work instructions. 
  • You will be an excellent communicator with excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and drive process changes. 
  • You will be able to run workshops to agree ‘to be’ processes and undertake impact assessments.
