Process Improvement Specialist

Who you are: 
This is a leadership role:  You enjoy leading cross functional and end to end process transformation initiatives which deliver proven performance improvements. You have shown experience in establishing and maintaining communities for process change (people working to same outcome / agenda but not under direct reporting control) in large organisations. You have the ability to influence others to make changes which may not directly benefit them, but are of benefit to the overall organisation. 

Your team:
This role sits within the Process Centre of Excellence, which is part of Finance Business Team, but operates company wide, and will report into the Head of Process Transformation. In this role you will fulfil a key role within process transformation programme. This programme will deliver on our vision of moving to a process orientated organisation, having clear ownership and accountability, both within and across e2e process flows, enabling Vodafone Ireland to operate faster, more cost effectively, with better quality and to improve our customer satisfaction and people engagement. This programme will be a key enabler of Vodafone Ireland’s Digital Transformation. 
You will partner with colleagues in the Process Centre of Excellence and existing functional process owners, to drive performance improvement in multiple e2e process across the organisation.  

The next challenge for you:
Establish e2e process change communities and keep these communities engaged. Empower these communities by coaching them. 
Working with these communities, lead improvements in process performance 
Work with direct reports to the SLT and the SLT themselves to secure agreements to process change and then engage them in successfully implementing change
Integrate 3rd parties into process improvement community where applicable
Ensure regulatory and company policy requirements and operational controls are in place in end to end processes 
Ensure process updates/changes are made in alignment with standards set by the Process Centre of Excellence 
Oversee a portfolio of process improvement initiatives for a number of end to end processes
Collaborate with multiple parties elsewhere in Vodafone to build clear picture on automation / robotics enabling capabilities (RPA) that can be used by Vodafone Ireland
Enhance the toolset that enables process transformation
