Role purpose:

The Principal Digital Propositions Manager is accountable for the design, development, deployment and go to market of digital-first/only propositions and user journey experience. By using the latest technologies and agile delivery practices, the Digital Propositions Manager ensures excellent brand, service and revenue impact.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Develop overall strategy and plans to deliver propositions covering key commercial priorities that are informed by digital sources and designed & developed for consumption across broad range of owned and 3rd party digital channels

  • Define a core set of digital data sources to inform proposition design and construct so as to best match underlying sub-segment needs

  • Define guidelines for behavioural economics and digital-ready presentation of underlying propositions and subsequent seamless and convenient user journey experience o conversion

  • Establish a plan to market the network and deliver a blueprint of dynamic pricing to be leveraged and scaled up via digital sources

  • Engage with a range of 20 Vodafone markets to rollout an agile test & learn approach to new digital proposition launches

 
Apply if you have:
 
  • Experience in leveraging digital data sources to inform digital proposition construct and design

  • Understand key design considerations in driving user engagement with propositions in digital media

  • Experience in designing and executing best-in-class user journey experiences on digital channels

  • Experience in working with partners to leverage digital data and content sources in proposition building.

  • Significant expert in driving digital sales and service through a variety of channels

  • Creative & communications evaluation experience

  • Knowledge of digital media landscape, campaign management and technology
