Principal Manager – Digital Transformation
Location: Paddington (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

Energy is essential to run our global networks. Increasing data traffic requires continuous energy performance improvements to mitigate growth in energy demand. We have set ourselves very ambitious targets to optimise energy consumption and cost as well as sourcing 100% renewable electricity and eliminating GHG emissions from our operations. 


Role purpose:
You will lead the transformation of our energy data processes and tools globally to enable energy cost savings and GHG reductions. The focus will be on developing strategy, business cases and roadmaps for energy invoice management and implementing the programme across 20 countries and 165,000 sites with an annual energy spend of €700m. By joining the Energy Performance team in Group Technology, you will lead a cross-functional programme with technology, IT, finance, supply chain experts and external partners.


You must have…
Proven track record in operating and/or transforming energy data processes and tools,
Experience in leading large scale transformation programmes covering multiple countries,
Experience in leading dispersed international and cross-functional project teams, Outstanding project management and business improvement skills (e.g. Agile, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL),
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
