You will lead the development and delivery of energy strategy and services to enable Vodafone to effectively reduce energy consumption and spending, and will be providing energy insights to the wider global business. By joining this team, you will directly contribute to completing one of Vodafone’s transformational objectives of energy innovation.
You must have…
The role holder will come from an energy management or systems background and will be self-motivated and able to set their own goals and targets. You will also feel comfortable in working with dispersed international teams and will have excellent influencing skills in order to drive the transformational programme throughout all of Vodafone’s global footprint.
Industry leading knowledge and experience in energy management,
Experience in working with energy consultancy or service environments,
Experience in developing and implementing of transformational change projects covering IT and process changes,
Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams,
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Chartered Engineer/Member of a professional body, e.g. Energy Institute, CIBSE
Business improvement qualifications, e.g. Lean Six Sigma,
Project/programme management qualifications.
