Portfolio Performance Manager

About the Opportunity     

This exciting new role will interface between Performance Management and the Group Technology Enterprise Services complex delivery organisation globally. You will be able to showcase new designs and deliver reports where required to provide full visibility of business performance to EP&S and Vodafone Group Enterprise leadership teams.

The role will evolve the current reporting portfolio and strengthen the financial performance reporting across the whole of GTES delivery, which will in turn feed into business planning cycles, achieved through the building of relationships and ability to influence senior stakeholders

What you will do:

As a key contact point for GTES Delivery Reporting Portfolio requirements, you will continuously evolve and refine the demand & capacity interlock for the delivery organisation to ensure existing utilisation and capacity is understood and sufficient to meet demand

You will be responsible for: 
  • Definition of GTES Business KPI’s

  • Ownership of the suite of GTES Delivery and Business KPI performance reports

  • Input to Business planning processes for GTES Delivery (Unit Costs / Rate Cards)

  • Functional management of Graduates on the Discovery graduate scheme

About you:

Financially and analytically minded, you will have the ability deal with multiple stakeholders, make decisions, understand requirements (often high level and not precise) and design & propose efficient solutions.

You will also be a team player able to work collaboratively. Have good communication skills.
