Do you have experience with Pega as well as the motivation to help us drive towards our goal of creating digital experiences that make the life of our consumers much simpler?

On a day to day basis you will be:

Responsible for developing decisioning rules on the Pega Marketing platform

Responsible for assisting in the development of larger and more complex decisioining strategies 

Responsible for unit testing decisioning rules and decisioning strategies 

Responsible for the accuracy/correct working of the developed rules and for highlighting data inaccuracies that may render rule unusable even if technically correct

Able to contribute to the overall Pega logic development whereby rules could include picking events from an event stream, rules based on static customer data, rules that fire on receipt of a trigger, or rules that use other data such as propensity scores

We are looking for a Pega Specialist to support with the development and testing of Pega logic rules as input into our Always on Marketing (AoM) Decisioning strategies

Experience with Unica and or Chordiant platform or equivalent

Completion of key Pega training courses, both classroom-based and online, especially all or key elements of Marketing Consultant (CPMC) and Decisioning Consultant (CPDC)

Ability to translate business requirements into specific logic rules and strategies

Understanding of Telco product sets and Customer Value Management campaign strategies for both Postpaid and Prepaid customer bases

Experience with campaign measurement & evaluation

Understanding of how data is mapped in order to make it usable by logic 

Good understanding of structured query language (SQL) for manipulating data from a large data warehouse
