Delivery Coordinator – Fixed Services
As a Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering the best possible service experience that exceeds expectations throughout the order delivery cycle. You will own the customer relationship for Service Delivery for designated customers, driving delivery across all internal TES teams to ensure orders are planned and provisioned in line with customer requirements. The role is required to manage the customer expectations at all times ensuring that any changes in order status are clearly understood and agreed to.
You will proactively manage orders within the order pipeline through to completion, focusing on meeting the Agreed Ready for Service (ARFS) date. Identify customer delivery issues during the provisioning cycle and resolve in a timely manner, escalating where required. Ensure the customer is kept up to date with any issues or delays.
Ensure correct scheduling with the customer and internal teams for the customer install/cut-over activity. Provide customer Work in progress (WIP) reports and host customer calls walking through the WIP where required.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling interactions to be managed in a confident, courteous and professional manner
- A proven track record of dealing with Enterprise customer enquiries and orders in a fast paced, customer service environment
- Good product, process and industry knowledge of Fixed Line telecoms products
- Ability to work under pressure
- Precise and attentive to detail – Quality focused
- Jeopardy / escalation management experience
- Eligible for SC clearance
