About the role

The role is responsible for delivering the best possible customer service experience that exceeds expectations. This role owns the customer relationship for Service Delivery across customers, on all incoming queries and prearranged calls for designated customers. The role is also accountable for taking customer actions, delegating its resolution and ultimately accountable in providing the customer an update.  The right candidate will drive resolutions at first point of contact by our customer, but also have the need to delegate actions both internally and externally delivery partners, whilst ensuring the customer is kept abreast of progress and when a resolution is expected.
Key skills and experience: 
  • Fixed Line experience is essential 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organised
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple systems at one time
  • Hold and facilitate conference calls 
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and drive other teams
