Our Team:

 

To work in the capacity of WCP/WCS specialist in a client facing role. Performing day-to-day L2 support activities, incident and service request management, problem analysis and resolution, configuration changes, health check & housekeeping activity, Triage tickets to support team, identify bug fixes enhancements and minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams, fault logging tracking and resolution, batch processing, interface management, extend support during release and deployment for WCP/WCS. Should be able to work closely with Business owners, process owners and SMEs to elicit business requirements / business processes support and provide L2 Support for cloud based AWS based applications

  • Solve day to day operation support issues

  • Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for the applications

  • Should be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, Public Holidays on rotational basis

  • Provide on-call support as and when required.

  • Responsible for Work instructions /SOPs, run books etc.

  • Deliver to exceed client expectations and ensure zero errors in delivery Suggest improvements

  • Drive efficiency through process improvement to continually improve service and reduce costs

  • Actively participate in WAR ROOM investigations



We need you to have:

 

  • Oracle WCP

  • Strong experience supporting and managing customer facing web applications

  • Working knowledge of JAVA, JSP, Servlets

  • Experience managing web services technologies (SOAP & Restful)

  • Unix Scripting experience (Bash, KSH)

  • Working experience in Database (Oracle 12G/12C)

  • Oracle WCS

  • Perform high level Oracle Webcenter Sites 11g administration

  • Maintain users and security for the Webcenter Sites system

  • Configure and tune caching

  • Locate and interpret log file messages

  • Identify and perform day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Third level support of WCS Admin

  • Good Knowledge Webcenter Sites Tools (Sites Explorer, CatalogMover, Property Editor, Webcenter Developer Tools )

  • Primary Skills: AWS, WCP, WCS, Apache-Webserver, TIBCO APIX, Oracle 12c, DAL APIs, UCM (Universal Content Manager)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to critical

    issues

  • End to End ticket ownership with a focus on improving user

    experience through first time resolution and timely

    response

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Intra/Inter personnel skills

  • Excellent technical, analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Good team player

  • Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment                                                                                                            

  • Work in a team that is spread across various locations

  • Ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes

    and the key integration/ control points, work

    cross-functionally across different business processes

  • Detail oriented and experienced in documenting processes

    and SOPs

  • Engage with business to proactively provide advisory and

    guidance on risks and controls for new projects, programs,

    processes and initiatives

  • Should be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, Public

    Holidays on rotational basis

  • Co-ordination with all support groups
