Operational Compliance Specialist

Location: Remote based position (permanent work from home opportunity)

Hours: 37.5 per week

What will you be doing? 

You will provide support and guidance to the consumer care senior leadership team for all matters relating to FCA regulations, regulatory compliance and due diligence.

You will be responsible for driving customer and compliance outcomes from the risk team and driving continuous improvement across all related operational teams. You will also provide advice, guidance and monthly reporting supporting adherence to regulatory obligations.

Who are we looking for?  

To be successful in this role we’d love you to have the following skills and experience:

•    Strong stakeholder management

•    Knowledge of FCA regulations is a must

•    Excellent presentation skills

•    Ability to challenge and influence teams/performance

•    Good analytical skills

•    Experience in supporting teams within demanding timelines in a fast paced and highly visible environment
