Role Purpose:


This wide ranging role will lead sales development throughout Vodafone Group, focussing across our online etailer specialist channel. The role will take the lead in operating and driving sales performance into our etailers and ecommerce platforms by analysing key trends to maximize the sales in our Consumer IoT products & services.  This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a rapidly growing part of the business, and to help shape the future of Vodafone ecommerce.


With us you will:

  • Design, develop and deliver the best in class sales plans to existing and prospective customers across our digital channels through sales strategies and optimised digital assets

  • Execute and check dashboards and optimize spend in ecommerce retailers.

  • Establish sales models and frameworks that define sales standards and excellence for local markets.

  • Provide relevant insights from sales figures and spend based on behavioural data and customer need.

  • Periodically analyse sales performance across all OpCos and derive actionable insights for action/opportunity.

  • Proactively seek out new and better ways of achieving business goals and lead key initiatives working with multiple markets to define a strategic change, digital initiative or new capability


Apply if you have:

  • Full E2E e-commerce expertise and Paid media.

  • SEO, SEM/PPC, Social, domains, affiliate marketing, display, data strategy, attribution, conversion optimisation, paid social media and content distribution, campaign development and content marketing.

  • Able to use digital tagging, analytics (google/adobe), retargeting tools, audience management (DMPs) and leading paid media vendor tools such as AdForms Ad Server ad words (Google RLSA) and DSPs like Amazon DSP.

  • Expertise in A/B Testing design (google Optimizer, Adobe target, etc.) and in understanding and setting up analytics tools like heatmaps/ clickmaps, SEO tracking, Data layers, display positoning and conversion funnels in E-shops.

  • Expertise in optimizing AMS (Amazon Marketing Service) and AMG for ROI in Sales.

  • Proficient in Project Management and building Media Plans with Etailers (facebook, display, etc.) and media agencies and partners.

  • Senior stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to inspire & provide thought leadership to motivate virtual and multi-location teams.

  • Great presentation and analytics skills to C-level stakeholders.
