Salary: £19,000 + £3,200 OTE Bonus


Rotating shift pattern: 37.5 hours a week, shifts patterns 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm / 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

About the role:

Do you enjoy solving problems and communicating with others? Our Customer Service Adviser’s take ownership for calls from business customers that have queries with their telephony package known as ‘OneNet’ - this is a market leading solution integrating customer’s mobile and fixed line handsets. They strive to resolve queries at first contact and work as part of a close-knit team, so building relationships is key. It’s important you’ll be a great listener and communicator - as that’s what excellent service is all about.
