Product Manager – Mobile Services
Newbury

The future is exciting. Are you ready to join our Enterprise Operations as our next Product Manager?

The role
The Product Team provide a central strategic leadership role to the Vodafone UK Enterprise Business Unit. Working within the IOT and Mobile Services Product team you will have exposure to a wide range of functions across the business.

You will manage the full life cycle of a product, including supporting and maintaining relationships with both direct and indirect Sales Channels through ensuring portfolio, collaterals and sales tools are constantly up to date and position Vodafone in a winning position in the market.

The products must be easy to understand by the sales team but more importantly by the customer, enabling the us to drive the required sale growth.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Set the market exploitation strategy for the chosen products
• Setting and agreeing volumes targets with Sales Channels and Finance via Business cases
• Manage the Capex and Opex Budget for segment
• Ensure that the product refreshes meet the required profitability levels
• Ensure communication flows with internal stakeholders are consistent and refreshed on an ongoing basis
• Formulate and agree a programme of Product refreshes and complete the necessary analysis to present to the Business for

About you:
• Experience in a Product function within Telecoms
• High level of cross functional stakeholder engagement
• Experience of engaging with Senior Management
• Innovative approach to Product Development
• Experience of UK Business Mobile market
• Good external links and insights into third party partners and suppliers in managed mobile services
• Advanced Excel skills
• Industry accreditations well received but not essential
