As a Marketing Campaign Manager on a day to day basis your role will involve:
Data expert for all campaigns. Understands data requirements: current, updated & new & works alongside the Insight, Big Data & BI teams to produce the data sources & then with Capability to productionise for campaign use
Consults on larger campaign projects to assist Campaign Specialists
Identification of BAU campaign activity & optimisiation of these to enable automation & increased time for new activity development
Defines ‘best practise’ data & maintains data dictionary for all outbound campaigns, irrespective of channel
Ensuring quality of selection process and identifies data issues, which are raised with BI, to minimise any customer complaints and maximise revenue (indirectly responsible for up to £100m revenue).

As the Campaign Manager you will own the CVM Segment relationship for all outbound campaigns driven out of CRM Operations (across either Enterprise, Consumer or Wholesale). 

You will also drive improvements across all targeted marketing communications through  SMS, Email or Outbound Calling utilising Vodafone's Campaign Management System – Unica, and to implement direct marketing best practice.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager you will have:
Good stakeholder management –  be at ease influencing senior management in Marketing (CVM) or Technology to drive marketing capability & improvements to campaigns, 3rd party vendor management
Project management experience -  be able to run complex projects or provide detailed subject matter expertise on end to end marketing processs.  
Strong experience in Unica or similar campaign management tool (Chordiant /Adobe Campaign/Teradata/Aprimo, etc.) and associated campaign processes
A very good understanding of structured query language (SQL) and manipulating data from a large data warehouse
Understanding of customer data sources in a quad play market – e.g. Billing /usage /individual & household/ contextual data.
