Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Newbury
Providing legal advice and support to (1) specialist projects initiated by the Strategy and Development Director; and (2) support to the Product Development team. This includes providing and collating specialist legal advice into the Projects& Solutions area, developing appropriate legal templates and documents to support Projects & Solutions. This includes liaising with other specialists around the Group and Group Enterprise teams.  [It is anticipated that the role will be the overall “owner” of a product/solution portfolio and would manage the senior stakeholder relationships across group enterprise in relation to the relevant product/solution portfolio.]

Our Team:
VCS Global Connectivity and Services – commercial team, provide Commercial propositions and pricing regimes to drive both new business and retention. Providing Commercial insight to sales teams across all regions, whilst maximising financial performance and minimising risk.

With us you will:
  • Lead the Commercial proposition during any RFI/RFP process.
  • Work with and build lasting relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Legal, Networks and Solutions teams.
  • Ensure large and/or complex opportunities are managed through governance with rigorous financial assessments
  • Ensure Commercial contract adherence and implementation
  • Create new and innovative commercial propositions to meet both customer needs and drive growth for Vodafone
