Just as you would suspect, our legal teams look after Vodafone's legal estate across the UK and play a big part in ensuring Vodafone’s compliance with recent regulatory laws. Pushing our own agenda, we look to limit regulatory impacts. An adaptive individual, you’ll have the chance to work on high/medium risk acquisition activities across your chosen business area.
• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts for the Enterprise Business Unit?
• Provide sound legal advice, assistance and support (on both a proactive and reactive basis) to the Enterprise business unit in writing, orally, by presentations and in meetings?
• In the case of disputes, work closely with the dispute resolution team to determine our position and strategy, advise the relevant internal customers and achieve a resolution?
What’s important to us?
We are looking for a Qualified Lawyer with significant experience within commercial contracts negotiation either from private practice or in-house. We need someone with good negotiation and influencing skills who can provide sound legal advice to our Enterprise business unit. We want someone who can change the conversation we currently have with our customer and can think outside the box when creating their solutions. This role can be based from our Newbury HQ, or our London or Leeds offices.
