Learning & Development Specialist

Stoke on Trent, Manchester & Newark


As Learning & Development Specialist you will be required to build sustainable capabilities to support the delivery of the UK strategy & priorities, whilst ensuring the engagement and commitment of all stakeholders is achieved.

You will lead the design and delivery of key L&D work steams aligned to capability priorities and provide expertise to key business areas and stakeholders. Ensure key capabilities are embedded with clear return on investment. You will also manage and develop a team of Trainers to ensure capabilities and delivery mechanisms are driven through all learning interventions.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Design and deliver key capability initiatives aligned to the UK Capability priorities
• Manage and develop a Team of Trainers
• Delivery and embedding within the business
• Adopt an Organisational Development approach to change ensuring alignment to broader people plan activity
• Ensure significant ROI for all capability programmes
