Our Team:


Lean Implementation

Rollout of the model office approach in Finance Operations and Controls - introducing Lean/Agile ways of working in the function and supporting the individuals, teams and organisation in becoming collaborative in approach and focused on performance improvement. You will visit teams in local markets across our global footprint, supporting their Model Office coaching needs.

Process Transformation


Working with our Shared Service Centres and Global Process Leads to design new process and redesign existing processes in addition to supporting the implementation and go live. Roles will include supporting  and developing teams in operational and process excellence

Problem Solving / Digital Labs


Facilitating problem solving events to help the organisation have a step change in performance, combined with a systematic approach to embedding the change


The role is to support the Senior Leaders and their teams in this approach whilst learning quickly and proving an ability to lead the implementation of Lean ways of working in areas of the organisation.  Senior stakeholder management is key to success, as is an ability to drive results through hard work and engagement of teams.


There will be travel to support role objectives and this will vary significantly depending on the priorities of the team.


With us you will:


  • Lead Lean/Agile events

  • Facilitate problem solving activities and ensuring results are embedded in the organisation

  • Train individuals on new ways of working

  • Overcome daily obstacles to achieving new ways of working

  • Deliver to plan (and helping to develop the rollout plan in new areas)

  • Support a variety of Global Process activity (from validation to redesign).


Apply if you have:


  • Lean / Agile / Change management skills
  • Facilitation abilities
  • Management of stakeholders’ experience

  • Building, developing, tracking rollout plans experience

  • Ability to really engagement people in problem solving activities

  • Personal drive - real energy and desire to hit results
