Support the operations of the Group Corporate Security focussed on the Enterprise Business Function. Ensuring that any legal and regulatory obligations relating to Law Enforcement are defined and incorporated into new and existing products and services.
Work alongside Legal and Regulatory teams to define clear guidance and messaging in relation to country based law enforcement obligations.
With us you will:
Act as a focus for Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) assistance to assure Group Enterprise entities balance license and legal obligations with Vodafone policy requirements
To provide guidance and advice to all parts of the Enterprise business function.
Develop a clear knowledge library of country based Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) obligations for all Enterprise legal entities and products
Support Vodafone Group Corporate Security and on occasion local markets in responding to disclosure requests from law enforcement
Apply if you have:
Good analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets
Ability to build and develop strong relationships within all parts of the Enterprise business
Experience or understanding of legal disclosure or interception obligations would be advantageous, but not mandatory
Qualification at degree level – knowledge of the law useful
Technical experience required in both lawful interception and retained data. Ability to translate technical requirements from legal objectives.
Be willing to undertake National Security vetting as and when required
