E2E IoT Product Manager

We are hiring to support the next chapter in our growth as we develop a market-leading platform that consolidates offerings from several niche and specialist organisations to a single end to end solution for our enterprise customers. As our E2E IoT Product Manager you will be responsible for the in life management of an industrialised end to end solution extending to full product and lifecycle decisions.

What will you be doing?


•    Driving and supporting operational decisions required in the Introduction, Growth, Maturity, and Decline phases of the product lifecycle 
•    Overseeing product industrialisation procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards 
•    Assessing market competition by comparing the E2E Solutions product to competitors' products 
•    Providing source data to IoT Marketing for product line communications and promotions by defining product marketing communication and promotion objectives 
•    Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product forecasts and special reports and analyses 
•    Introducing and marketing new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, marketing, and industrialisation 
•    Determining product pricing by utilising market research data; reviewing Industrialisation and Service costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customised order

Who are we looking for?


•    Experience working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple time zones 
•    Deep knowledge of Vodafone IoT commercial, sales, presales, service support and onboarding processes 
•    Excellent communication skills including verbal, presentation, email and social interaction. Ability to communicate in a clear way to commercial, service, sales and product marketing, technology teams and customers 
•    Excellent negotiation skills with ability to interact comfortably at department head level 
•    Strong decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests 
•    Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
