IoT Partner & Relationship Manager –Cell Site Monitoring
Newbury or Paddington

As our Partner & Relationship Manager you will jointly align and standardize the VF proposition for Cell Site Monitoring (CSM) with both internal and external stakeholders

 

You’ll integrate and collaborate with our partner to ensure the Commercial model and End-to-End operational framework is fully functional for all our customers. You’ll also act as the single point of contact between Vodafone IoT and key stakeholders internally and externally and support building the relationships and drive programmes with customers such as Mobile Network Operators (MNOs)

What will you be doing?

 


•    Jointly aligning the Vodafone CSM value proposition in together with internal and external stakeholders
•    Managing internal stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Service & Support, Regulatory and Partner Markets and be a central point of contact externally with MNOs
•    Adapting and improving the End-to-End Operating Model to CSM requirements, i.e. regulatory assessments for target markets, ensure processes, templates, tools, roles & responsibilities, governance and pricing models, etc., are clearly documented, standardized and up-to-date
•    Supporting the implementation and execution of the Commercial Model and monitor it during  Inlife with customers


Who are we looking for?

 


•    Strong communication skills and ability to balance conflicting interests 
•    Experience of presenting and negotiating at all customer levels, i.e. from operating level to executives
•    Strong history of successful management of complex projects in an international environment (hardware, software, services) 
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex tasks
•    Experience in building, coordinating and leading of cross-functional team of experts
•    Programme Management skills
