Title: IOT Intergration Architect

Role purpose:

In order to continue Vodafone’s leadership position, and to drive it further, Vodafone Group has identified the need to establish and grow its strength in IoT Digital Services, with the ambition of becoming a leading provider of IoT E2E Solutions building on our industry leading position with Managed IoT Connectivity.
As an IoT Integration Architect, you will propose IT BSS/OSS architectural solutions based on business and technology considerations for a number of IoT platforms/products/solutions, create architectural designs to guide and contextualise solution development, and act as a bridge between technical and business audiences during solution development as well as working close with other Vodafone Group Technology Teams and Vodafone Operating Companies Technology Teams for Design and Integration alignment.
Core Competencies:
o Lead evaluation, design and analysis of IT BSS/OSS solutions that enable IoT platforms, products and solutions.
o Translate business and technical requirements into an IT architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives.
o Propose IT solution recommendations and alternatives to satisfy customer needs
o Collaborate with enterprise architecture, information security, platform/product technical architects, solutions/application architects and infrastructure teams to produce optimal designs.
o Produce technical documentation of systems and integration architectures
o Ensure compliance of solutions to IT architecture standards.
o Act as a subject matter expert on IT BSS/OSS integration
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
o More than five years of architecture design and implementation experience
o Strong background in IT BSS/OSS architecture, design and solution development
