Inbound Telesales Advisor – Stoke-on-Trent

£18,500 basic salary plus average OTE of £7000pa (subject to meeting various monthly sales targets)

Monday – Sunday, shifts between 8am – 8pm 37.5hrs per week

The purpose of this position is to take calls on an inbound basis from new or existing customers and to convert them into sales. Our Advisors achieve this by asking open (fact finding) questions to really assess and determine the customers’ needs and match the result to the most suitable package that really meets their requirements and lifestyle. You will quickly need to engage the Customers attention and have a really strong, attractive pitch and rapport build to truly show them all the reasons why they want to be a Vodafone customer (whether that be for mobile, data and/or home broadband). These customers may be shopping around so you may have to overcome various objects in order to close the sale. Whilst doing so - it’s absolutely key that you deliver an exceptional experience to each and every customer that you speak with – because we all deserve an interaction that’s memorable for all of the right reasons! To ensure this happens you need to be:

Confident with excellent communication skills

Passionate, enthusiastic and engaging

Self-driven to go above and beyond

Level headed, mature mind set - combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive
