Inbound Retention Advisor – Stoke-on-Trent

£18,500 basic salary plus average OTE of £9000pa (subject to meeting various monthly sales targets)

Monday – Sunday, shifts between 8am – 8pm 37.5hrs per week

The fundamentals of this role, is to take calls on an inbound basis from our existing customers and to retain their business with Vodafone. Sometimes, people may be expressing their wish to leave, so it’s down to you to quickly reaffirm all of the reasons why they chose Vodafone to begin with and why they need to remain with us. With their busy lives, Customers’ requirements are ever changing, so you need to ask questions to establish what their needs in their current lifestyle and upgrade them onto the best possible package.  It takes a lot of rapport building and sometimes objection handling to ensure the right outcome for the customer and the business, meaning to be successful in this role you need to be:

Determined to continuously deliver and succeed

Level headed, mature mind set - combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive
