IMS IoT Sr. Design Engineer

The Role

Role purpose:
To design & deliver, engineer & innovate Central Enterprise IMS network infrastructure to enable the best Voice experience for IoT customers worldwide.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Degree in electrical / electronic / telecommunications engineering
International exposure
Telecommunications industry experience in various current and future domains of the technologies (5G, VoLTE, Roaming services, Virtualisation, IoT, IP networking, etc.)
Deep engineering knowledge of Central Voice Platforms & ServicesIMS platforms (I/A-SBC, CSCF, TAS) and strong experience in design and management of distributed platformsIMS network and voice and services (5+ years). Knowledge of Nokia IMS platforms is preferred.
Track record of capacity and release management incl. planning, delivery and reporting
Knowledge of Vodafone’s organisation, infrastructure, processes and strong experience of managing international cross-functional teams in a virtual set-up.
Persuasive communicator able to manage many stakeholders during demanding business impacting situations
Familiar with operational processes incl. incident and problem management
