By joining the Corporate Functions team here at Vodafone Group you will support our people in strengthening our position as an admired company in the eyes of our customers, shareholders and employees. The HR function encompasses a variety of aspects including Learning and Development, Talent Management, Diversity and Equality, Organisational Development, Change Management, Policy, Recruitment and Employee Relations. With us you will:
Manage the Global Annual Reward and Cash recognition processes, project managing the global process in collaboration with local market reward teams and external vendors
Manage the integration of the existing Reward Tool to a Success Factors tool
Manage the annual UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting obligations and Global Fair Pay analysis projects
Lead a review of the Employee Journey for Reward & Recognition to design a best-in-class process
Participate in other Ad-hoc projects within the group

Apply if you have:
Significant experience within core rewards and running of global annual reward cycles
Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills including working with overseas stakeholders
Strong Project Management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working within a Top 10 Professional services or Blue Chip organisation
We’re happy if you:
Are qualified to CIPD/ACA/CA level
Have previous experience working with Success Factors
