Role Purpose

  • Leading planning for budget or headcount to ensure financial targets are met. Ensuring demand is understood and accurate forecasts aligned to business requirements are submitted.
  • Track performance of targets with plans to manage any exceptions. 
  • Continually improve budget and headcount processes to fit the evolving organisation.

With us you will:

  • Lead in budget planning and forecasting process with data capture, alignment  and reporting 
  • Track performance of budget and headcount against targets 
  • Continual improvement of budget and headcount processes as the organization evolves. 
  • Build strong business relationships to deliver role

Apply if you have:

  • Strong experience with Tableau & Jira 
  • Strong  experience in the business support activities in large scale international Technology organizations
  • Process and Project Management
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear messages for onward communication
  • Stakeholder Management with strong  communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop credible business relationships with business stakeholders
