Go To Market Manager
The Go to Market Manager’s prime responsibility is to motivate and lead the cross functional business team up to Director level from areas such as technology, brand, customer operations, channels, product management, legal, finance, business intelligence and online, to successfully deliver the project with the best customer experience. Your ability to manage risks, overcome objections, plan ahead and think creatively will be critical to success.
You must be able to operate with awareness of all in-flight initiatives across Vodafone UK (particularly in Business and Consumer) to ensure that your projects are run effectively in this wider business context and decisions are made with full understanding of knock on impacts and wider business trade-offs.
Accountable for defining and leading execution of Go To Market plans for Q+ prioritised initiatives
Identify and manage risks, resourcing conflicts & key dependencies, proactively intervening to remove roadblocks
Responsible for the first 90 days performance of initiatives.
Manage stakeholder delivery across multiple organisational boundaries personally influencing key stakeholders for complex deliveries.
Validating readiness to launch, required to determine go/no-go decisions.
Being confident and resilient, as you will provide the necessary checks and balances to ensure quality of all launched initiatives. Your ability to motivate people and work across teams to deliver is essential. You must also be able to operate with awareness of all in-flight initiatives to ensure that projects are run effectively, decisions are made with full understanding of knock on impacts, and wider business trade-offs.
