Role Title: Global Crisis Manager                      

Location: London, Paddington


The Global Crisis Manager is accountable for implementation and maintenance of crisis management activities for all Group entities and facilitate invocation of the crisis community.  The Global Crisis Manager will act as the subject matter expert providing advice to Group functions and entities on crisis management, assist with delivery of crisis simulations and manage effective measurement for maturity and competence. The role will also deliver foresight and innovation across the full spectrum of crisis management in particular documentation, facilitation and post analysis to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the Crisis Manager will be a valued member of the Business Resilience Team undertaking a degree of activities associated with Business Continuity Management.


With us you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for crisis invocation at Group ExCo level. 

  • Ensure all Group entities and Local Markets have an effective Crisis Management plan in place

  • Support the Group entities in construction and delivery of crisis management training and awareness.

  • Run annual Crisis exercises for the Group Crisis Management Team
  • Produce country evacuation/relocation plans as specified through intelligence analysis.


     Apply if you have:

  • Graduate level degree and / or security professional qualification, and/or at least 5 years’ experience in business continuity disciplines.

  • Deep knowledge of Crisis Management and Business Continuity

  • Proven ability to work effectively with staff at all levels

  • Good knowledge of the company’s business and its processes.

  • Excellent oral and written abilities, with an ability to provide rapid and concise summaries of incidents.

  • An innovative and forward thinking mindset
