Ensure that forecast submissions are aligned to the strategy of the business, insights are provided at the necessary level of detail and a proper alignment with all stakeholders is in place.·         Month End Control & Reporting: Own the month end reporting cycle forTDO sub-departments·         Change agent: Drive cost transformation across the TDO organisation. Identifying opportunities, developing solutions and delivering benefits. To be an enabler for change·         Reporting: Be responsible for the financial performance Global Operations – ensuring that reports are fit for purpose for various stakeholders’ requirements. Ensure appropriate controls on external data reporting.·         Process Governance and Business Cases: Support approval boards and processes, bring financial understanding to business decisions by ensuring alternatives are thoroughly evaluated and the optimum decision is taken.·         Financial Admin: properly support and business partnering with heads of and their direct reports. PO & headcount approvals. Acting as a consultant in regards to any major question regarding Finance, in case facilitating the link with other Financial functions·         Drive Benchmarkingactivity across various departments in TDO.·         Support Ad-Hoc initiatives and projects across TDO as required·         Audit: Ensure appropriate response to internal and external audit requirements. Ensure alignment with all Group Policies requirements.·         Setting up processesand systems to support changes to organisational structures and to drive improvements and efficiencies.  Core competencies, knowledge and experience Demonstrates a very active interest in different parts of the businessAsserts thinking behind own ideas when on solid ground.
