Finance and Analytical Manager
Newbury

The future is exciting. Are you ready to join our Enterprise Operations as our next Finance and Analytical Manager, supporting Product Management?

Your role
You will be in a pivotal role responsible for the production and co-ordination of monthly portfolio dashboards and scorecards. You will provide planning and financial support to help develop actionable insight to further drive product performance across enterprise.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Production of monthly dashboards/scorecards for and briefing pack for weekly leadership meetings
• Own financial reporting, forecasting and budget allocation on product revenue and KPI performance
• Creation and development of Product MI hub. Ensuring reporting and ad hoc MI requests internally and at a group level are delivered in a consistent manner
• Provide support to Portfolio leads and Product Managers in development of business cases to drive further business performance across NPD
• Support Senior Managers with ad-hoc projects and ensuring quality of execution and business readiness.

About you:
• Experience working in financial/trading reporting environment
• Clear industry knowledge of the telecoms market across multiple portfolios
• Strong communications skills with the ability to influence and convince others (including senior sales leaders, finance, sales operations)
• Proven analytical & project management skills
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation and be able to build strong relationships & credibility with internal customers
