Role Profile:

 

Supporting the Inside Sales team with managing their opex and capex budget throughout the month, including full responsibility for month end reporting, budgets and forecasting throughout the year meeting tight deadlines under time pressure. To support and advise senior stakeholders to ensure that budgets are met and not overspent. To support other adhoc requirements and analysis when needed.

 

      Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Produce monthly reporting packs on Financial performance for leadership team with inputs from key stakeholders
  • Responsible for month End Finance transactions including recharges to markets, recharges from hubs
  • Headcount Reporting by Market and Hub in association with HR
  • Monitoring and Reporting of Project Spend in conjunction with PMO
  • Provide customised reporting utilising SAP, BI and local reporting tools
  • Produce monthly trend reporting
  • Identify and recommend operational and process improvements
