The Sales Enablement team plays a critical role in transforming the behaviours and practices of Vodafone Business Sales by equipping them with the right information and tools across the sales cycle to add value in every customer interaction. The team is responsible for the development of sales campaigns & collateral, dissemination of selling tools to drive Sales productivity across Vodafone Business. The team works closely with senior Sales leaders, Marketing, Sales Operations, Lines of Business and Learning & Development across the globe to deliver and share the best practice of Sales enabling programmes.
This role requires a great deal of thought leadership, sales empathy and the ability to enact change in complex environments and has the responsibility for implementing the Sales enablement plan including Sales Enablement Programmes and Trainings.
Align Sales Portfolio training content and assets requirements to Sales Competency Framework
Support the delivery of Sales training content and assets to support creation of Digital Learning Journey’s
Support the delivery of Sales Enablement Programmes including enablement campaigns (Sales Learning Campaigns) with alignment to Lines of Business
An understanding in enterprise (B-2-B) enablement and sales processes or previous experience in B2B sales
- Ability to engage sales leaders
Experience of measuring Sales activities and productivity
Self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities as they arise
Delivery of Sales Enablement programmes to support Sales KPI’s (productivity and revenue)
- Sales collateral utilisation and reviews
