Our opportunity

We are recruiting for an Employer Brand and Attraction Specialist to join the team in Newbury. Following an exciting period of change we are raising the bar and need someone brilliant to help with this. Owning and driving our attraction and engagement strategies enabling the recruitment of over 4,000 permanent hires a year in all business areas including retail, contact centres, technology, enterprise, corporate and everything in-between
Managing an employer brand to multiple audiences is complex but you have done this before so accept the challenge. Delivering a consistent but individual experience to difference personas is what you strive for every day and only excellent will do. 

Joining our team will see you as the owner of our careers website, job adverts and social media making sure they are up to date, accurate and most importantly awesome. This means you need a knowledge of web design and editing, SEO along with excellent written communication skills. 
Social media is more than just Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram today is overs our Indeed and Glassdoor profiles with the potential to include any new channels in the future, it will be you working with the Resourcing Managers and recruiters as well as the business to identify the appropriate channels. 

You will be responsible for these channels it’s up to you to work with the recruiters and business to create engaging content ranging from boring text through to brilliant infographics, GIF’s and video depending on the intended audience and channel. You need to be able to create these using a range of software ideally Adobe Creative Cloud.
It’s not just a run with what you want, you will use Data to drive decision and influence conversations. Experience of Google Analytics and native social reporting will really help you in this role.
