In joining the Consumer team here at Vodafone UK you will support us in strengthening our position as an admired company in the eyes of our customers. You will be involved in shaping the future of our business to consumer market, creating and developing the products and solutions that will allow people to connect. The team is broad; you could be working within Brand, Marketing, Internet of things, Terminals or Retail operations. These are just a few of the areas you could find yourself working in:


Digital Marketing

You’ll help us to ensure that our marketing and brand strategy is fit for purpose and has our customers at the centre. You could find yourself working within our Digital Marketing Squad, where you would be accountable for driving the right volume of traffic to our sales channels and managing all of our digital paid media. Alternatively, you could work within our in-house biddable media teams, launching and running our large digital campaigns, tracking and recording all digital activity. Or, you may end up working within our social media teams, taking responsibility for content development and customer engagement across all owned Vodafone UK social channels.

Potential roles: Digital personalisation specialist/ Social media specialist/ Social executive specialist/ Brand specialist/ Marketing specialist

Proposition, Product and Commercial Management

You’ll help us drive commercial performance and develop exciting new products and propositions to ensure that we are delivering the best possible user experience for our customers. Within your role you may be involved in commercial analysis for proposition and pricing initiatives, segment P&L, building and developing a product or launching a product to market. You could also be involved the development of customer propositions, owning customer journeys and ensuring end to end proposition delivery from creation through to launch within the market.

Potential roles: Proposition Specialist/ Product manager/Commercial Specialist/Commercial Trading Specialist/ Pricing specialist

Data Insights

You’ll help us to design and develop customized solutions for analytics and tracking, providing data driven insight across the business. You could find yourself extracting value and insight from relevant data to assess channel usage, areas of performance, customer behaviour or product purchase. Alternatively, you could find yourself building predictive analytics models using machine learning, building reports that highlight issues but also opportunities or identifying trends and competitive drivers to help us improve our business to consumer market.
This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone with strong Analytical skills and passionate about data to deepen their experience with digital analytics and marketing platforms in one of the UK's largest Telecoms.

Location: The majority of rotations will be based in our London office with others across Newbury. You must have the right to work in the UK.

Requirement: 2.2 (or equivalent) degree (achieved or predicted). Preference for business related or Technical degree disciplines or modules.
