What will you be doing?

The VOXI Digital Product Owner is accountable for the end to end performance of our digital channel. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of our digital strategy, working closely with the wider business to deliver market leading capability that will delight our customers. You will manage an agile squad of developers, UI/UX designers and copywriters to shape, prioritise and execute user stories to deliver Digital initiatives, improvements and bug fixes to deliver a best-in-class digital experience. 
You will also act as the primary interface into the VOXI marketing team and cross functional IT and digital support teams including architects, design and testing to deliver capability that has dependencies on other Digital and IT delivery teams. 

 

This role will be responsible for digital resource planning & capex management, managing the digital team’s velocity and prioritising digital initiatives against value creation objectives.

We are also looking for:

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and the ability to navigate conflicting priorities
  • Proven track record of managing complex roadmaps, associated budgets and other related resources
  • Strategic implementation experience and the ability to build and deliver digital capability – customer journeys & e-commerce platforms etc.
  • Strong decision making and commercial acumen
  • Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing and channels to engage with Youth
