Role Profile:


The Digital Support Specialist will be part of Application Operations unit of the organisation supporting Cloud based Ecommerce, Online platforms and Digital Applications.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with the Level 2 support analyst and manage transfers to AWS cloud integration

  • Support change, Release and deployment for cloud based Digital Applications.

  • Customer and stakeholder management.

  • Collaborate with offshore teams responsbile for operation service delivery

  • Single point of contact for customer, offshore and Onshore team

  • Own day to day operational support issues

  • Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for the applications

  • End-to-end ownership of the incidents, communication between business and support teams.

  • Support War room investigations.

  • Participate in Change, Release and Deployment activities and Transformation plans

  • Drive process & service improvement Constantly challenge to review methodology to enhance delivery

  • Manager Customer expectation and ensure customer satisfaction.
