Role Title: Digital Support Specialist – Cloud / Online / eCommerce
The Digital Support Specialist will be part of Application Operations unit of the organisation supporting Cloud based Ecommerce, Online platforms and Digital Applications.
Liaise with the Level 2 support analyst and manage transfers to AWS cloud integration
Support change, Release and deployment for cloud based Digital Applications.
Customer and stakeholder management.
Collaborate with offshore teams responsbile for operation service delivery
Single point of contact for customer, offshore and Onshore team
Own day to day operational support issues
Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for the applications
End-to-end ownership of the incidents, communication between business and support teams.
Support War room investigations.
Participate in Change, Release and Deployment activities and Transformation plans
Drive process & service improvement Constantly challenge to review methodology to enhance delivery
Manager Customer expectation and ensure customer satisfaction.
