Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

 
Globally define, develop and implement: 
  • Define and drive the digital innovation roadmap for the learning team and the broader center of expertise
  • Provide external perspective and insights on emerging technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with key innovation and technology partners in Vodafone
  • Implement pilots to demonstrate the impact of new tools and processes with scaling potential
  • Provide coaching and upskilling for HR CoE team.
  • Embed and enable the digital coach role for machine learning. 

We’re happy if you are / have: 

  • Able to develop and maintain relationships with a wide network of contacts
  • Able to plan and co-ordinate appropriate campaigns to “sell” ideas and reach agreement with senior stakeholders cross functionally
  • Innovative, with a strong desire to drive change and deliver cost effective results
  • Significant experience in digital roles
  • Able to manage complexity and ambiguity 
  • Able to demonstrate reuse analysis work or models in different contexts
  • A great influencer proven to engage audiences at an internal and public speaking level 
  • Analytics/BI tools
  • Digital skills (automation, machine learning, HTML, API’s)
  • Strong external network
