We have a number of Copywriter opportunities to help evolve our customers Digital journeys.

About the role

Working within a Digital Tribe and aligned to a Squad, youll be a be a true expert in your field. Creating and editing copy in line with Vodafones tone of voice guidelines, to deliver a great online experience on each and every visit.  Youll work in a fast paced agile and supportive team environment, with experts from many different disciplines to generate high quality copy that works for our customers.  

The successful candidate will work closely with key Stakeholders across the business from Brand, Marketing, Commercial and Operations to ensure copy is on brief, factually accurate, search-friendly, and in line with the brand strategy and tone of voice.  As well as enhancing our current digital initiatives and campaigns with customer friendly copy and conceptual ideas.   

Youll work across the Vodafone UK digital estate including .co.uk, apps and our online shop. 

What we need from you:
  • Naturally you will have a high level of skill in writing and editing - ruthlessly focused on copy quality.
  • Strong customer advocacy. 
  • The ability to identify the core messages for the target audience from complex and multiple sources.  
  • The ability to think through whole journeys and anticipate/mitigate customers reactions.
  • The ability to work positively in an agile, fast-paced and changing environment within a focused project team. 
  • Good interpersonal skills, with ability to peer review, inspire and guide other writers and work closely with colleagues throughout the business. 
  • Experience of online usability and digital production would be an advantage.
