Our Team:


This is a fast paced and highly motivated demand and engagement team, responsible for £2m quarterly deliverables. Fully accountable for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects with a high degree of critical business impact.

With us you will:

  • Focus on Requirements & Design activities for the projects/features within a Portfolio.

  • Build an effective scoping team.

  • Build, lead, motivate, direct and support the cross-functional project teams by developing a strong project vision of successes and nurturing strong relationships and trust within the team – lead from the front, keeping the team informed and always confident and supportive

  • Engage with Internal & External Stakeholders to align and complete delivery to meet business expectations.

  • Identify all stakeholders, suppliers and delivery functions at kick off, build strong relationships that are nurtured and constantly reassessed through lifecycle

What you can expect from us:


This role will manage low to high complexity projects/features with cross functional impact across a number of technical systems, domain areas, System Integrators and Third Parties. Projects/features will involve constrained resource teams and include significant business change/transformation.


Apply if you have:

  • Extensive end to end project management experience

  • Experience working within an Agile environment

  • Business change / transformation experience

  • Experience of managing cross-culturally

  • Leadership– ability to direct and motivate project teams

  • Technical background

We’re happy if you:  

  • Experience of working within a large corporate environment

  • Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge rom outside own area of expertise – act as the conduit to allow understanding between technology and the business
