Demand & Governance Specialist – (Network Partnership team)

Location – Newbury

 

About the role

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Strategic Partnership team to track and report on Vodafone, Telefonica UK and CTIL’s performance of the Beacon contracts and to support with the proactive management of those strategic partnerships.  

 

Your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities and will require you to obtain a deep knowledge of our contractual agreements, preparing formal correspondence and engaging with Telefonica/CTIL and legal and regulatory teams and acting as an SME for contractual issues across the broader networks functions.

 

You will Implement and run effective processes to track and report Vodafone, TEF and CTIL compliance with key contractual obligations and monitor key strategic and commercial risks for Vodafone under Project Beacon contracts and support senior team members to manage those risks

 

This role will require great networking skills as you collaborate with Mobile Networks and wider cross-functional Beacon team to deliver solutions to issues and problems in Beacon contract relationships (knowing when to escalate and involve others etc.).

 

It`s varied role and will evolve over time and is a great opportunity to work at the heart of highly complex and challenging agreements with our Strategic Partners. 

 

What we are looking for in you.

Degree level education preferred or equivalent industry

You should demonstrate the ability to produce accurate and efficient tracking and reporting of both Vodafone and Telefonica UK/ CTIL compliance with their key contractual obligations.

Quickly build effective relationships with key teams in mobile networks and counterparts at CTIL and Telefonica UK to manage demand.  You will also work with Finance teams on budgets and PMO teams on Governance. 

Candidates will be required to deal with politically sensitive data so confidentiality will be key.

Obviously you will work to constantly seek to improve processes and identify opportunities to automate where possible.

 

Any knowledge of Beacon would be highly beneficial but an inquisitive mind will be essential to your success in this role.
