We have an exciting position for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Data & Insights team in UK Enterprise Transformation.
In this role you will be working on a high level, business critical Simplify programme where you will producing reports/ task boards & providing actionable insight to help successfully remove up to 100 Products, 20 Networks & 150 IT Applications from legacy systems.
Create consistent, accurate on-time reporting, understanding the numbers and their implications, flagging any suspicious changes internally and with the corresponding stakeholders.
Support on automating and scripting different process related to Simplify (ordering, sales, Kosmos validation…)
Find ways of improving the quality of the reports proactively, whether that is raising requirements into IT or finding alternative solutions to tackle existing sources
Work with other members of the Insight Factory and Product Management to compile and interrogate/interpret the initial data that can be retrieved to build confidence that we are proceeding in the right direction.
You will have a background in BI/MI/Data Analytics with experience not only in producing high quality reporting but also making actionable insight recommendations to the business.
You will be experienced in SQL, VBA, Business Objects and other MI tools such as Tableau, Visual Insights & MicroStrategy.
Ideally you will have an understanding of telecoms products, networks, applications, applications and managed services.
