£19,000 (£9.74 per hr) £3,750 potential annual bonus + brilliant benefits
Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 8am - 9pm (37.5hrs per week)

We’re looking for people with the empathy, ability and personality to provide a great customer experience for all our customers. As a Customer Service Advisor you will handle all sorts of queries relating to our mobile products and look to resolve situations at first contact with a happy customer. You'll be empowered to identify opportunities where additional products may benefit them, and you'll need to apply your knowledge as well as use your great rapport skills to get the customer's commitment to wanting to find out more.
If you’ve worked in retail, customer service or a call centre before that would be great, but previous experience isn’t necessary as we’ll give you all the training and support you need.
