Home Broadband Customer Service Advisor – Newark

Salary: £20,000 + £3750 annual bonus + excellent benefits

Shift pattern: Monday to Sunday (37.5 hours a week) shifts between 8am and 9pm

 


About the role

 

Do you have a passion for great customer service? We’re looking for brilliant Customer Service Advisors - to give an exceptional customer experience and take ownership of all sorts of queries relating to our home broadband products and services and resolving at first contact. Calls can be anything from general queries, billing enquiries, connection issues and diagnostics. You’ll work closely with other departments to resolve queries, so building relationships is key. You will need to keep the customer updated every step of the way so It’s important to be a great listener and communicator.
