Monday – Sunday, shifts between 8am – 9pm 37.5hrs per week
£19,500 + £3,000 Annual Bonus and great benefits

This role is about customer service and you will be taking calls from our customers that your need support and help with their home broadband accounts.
Our ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional customer service but there are bound to be some challenging conversations in this role so it’s up to you to be resilient and handle their objections as well as delivering a fabulous experience and solving problems in a timely manner.
It takes a lot of rapport building and sometimes objection handling to ensure the right outcome for the customer and the business, meaning to be successful in this role you need to be:
