Shifts: Two week rotation

Week 1 = Monday – Friday 11:00 – 19:00

Week 2 = Monday – Saturday 11:00 – 19:00 (Thursday Rest day)


Salary: £17,700 + £2,000 Bonus Per Annum

What will I be doing?



All sorts of people need to use the police’s non-emergency 101 service and you will be responsible for directing calls from across the country to the right place. You will handle a range of issues, making sure that each call is handled quickly and efficiently.
Attention to detail is essential and you will be there at the end of the phone providing the right information and guidance to customers. We’re all about offering a first-class service, and your top-notch customer skills will need to shine through on each call you take.
