Customer Sales Advisor


Salary £17,500 + £7,000 to 9,000 OTE (uncapped) + brilliant benefits


Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am and 8pm

 

Join Vodafone as a Customer Sales Advisor for the chance to earn uncapped commission. You’ll be provided with the training, development and support to give you every chance of earning brilliant rewards, with typical on-target earnings of £24,500 to £26,500 but the chance to earn much more. In this dynamic and varied role, you will be right at the heart of the customer experience whether you’re taking that initial call at the start of their journey, or taking that make or break call when the contract has come to an end. It will be your role to get to the bottom of any issues the customer may have, ensuring they remain connected to products and services that best suit their needs.

 

If you’ve worked as a Sales Assistant, Sales Executive or Telemarketer before that would be great, but previous experience is not necessary. We are looking for people with good communication skills, passion and a desire to become a successful Advisor. You will have the ability to identify the customer’s needs through effective fact finding ensuring that your customer is getting the best possible deal that fits in with their lifestyle. Resilience, determination, empathy and the rapport to quickly develop a relationship with any customer are key traits that you’ll need to provide excellent service. 


Regardless of your background this role is all about your personality and behaviours - we’ll provide you with all the training that you need.
