About the role

Do you have a passion for delivering great customer service? Our Customer Relations Advisors investigate, resolve and respond to high level complaints which are often very complex queries from both consumer and corporate customers.

They do this by delivering a fantastic service to our customers and work closely with other departments to ensure first time resolution. They spend most of their time taking calls, or responding to emails and letters, so it’s important to be a great listener and communicator – that’s what excellent service is all about.

It’s a team like no other; it is high profile with senior partners within Vodafone UK and Vodafone Group.
